Paul Jacobs is in third grader in Mrs. Fink's class. He spoke in The Lousy Week where he commented on Muffy's green hat that Sue Ellen was wearing.

He appears to be a nice kid and gets along with the other kids too. He has even hung out with the main characters in some episodes. In most of his appearances, he comes across as having a happy disposition.

Physical appearance

Paul Jacobs is a gray cat. He wears long blue jeans, a blue-green sweater, a yellow shirt underneath his sweater, and brown shoes.

He wears a yellow backpack. He also has some hair growing on his head and he also has fur. In the episode D.W.'s Backpack Mishap, he wears blue swimming trunks. In the fall he wears a cream colored sweater.

Personality

His personality is not known, since he is a background character, but he appears to be nice to other kids. He is a fan of both the Scare-Your-Pants-Off Club books and the Henry Skreever series, and his elephant puppet was part of the ventriloquism craze George started.
