Steve is a character that appears in various episodes as a background character. Not much is known about Steve other then the fact he hangs out with both[[Billy| Billy]] and Buster in the episode [[Buster Makes the Grade]]. He has yet to have a speaking role and has a sister named [[Maria]].

Steve is light dark tanned rabbit that wears long tanned pants, an orange shirt with a white collar, and blue and white sneakers. He also wears glasses. His appearance has changed a bit and he has been seen as a white colored rabbit.

Steve Pappas[1][2] is a fourth grader who attends Lakewood Elementary School.
