It's possible he might be a fourth grader since it could be him that's in the picture in the episode [[Brain's Shocking Secret]]. He is mostly a background character and as for his personality he seems generally nice. He hangs out with both third and fourth graders, but hangs out with [[3rd Grade Male Rat]] most of the time.
