"Last Year's Sue Ellen" is a 3rd grader who was in Mr. Ratburn's class last year that looks similar to Sue Ellen Armstrong. She was only seen in Binky's flashback in "The World of Tomorrow." She has a more significant role than most of her class because she shocked Binky with a static shock.
