3rd Grade Male Cat is an unnamed third grader who debuted in the episode Arthur's Eyes, He spoke once in the entire series, which happened in the episode The Lousy Week where he commented on Muffy's green hat that Sue Ellen was wearing.
He appears to be a nice kid and gets along with the other kids too. He has even hung out with the main characters in some episodes. In most of his appearances, he comes across as having a happy disposition.

3rd Grade Male Cat is a cat with a gray complexion. He wears long blue jeans, a blue-green sweater, a yellow shirt underneath his sweater, and brown shoes.
He wears a yellow backpack. He also has some hair growing on his head and he also has fur. In the episode D.W.'s Backpack Mishap, he wears blue swimming trunks. In the fall he wears a cream colored sweater.
