"Last Year's George" is a 3rd grader who was in Mr. Ratburn's class last year that looks similar to George Lundgren. He was only seen in Binky's flashback in "The World of Tomorrow." He had a more significant role because he tried to take the solar-powered model car, but sounded a security alarm.
