3rd Grade Male Cat (Number 3) is a 3rd grader who was in Mr. Ratburn's class last year that looks similar to the Brain. He was only seen in Binky's flashback in "The World of Tomorrow".
Physical appearance
Although he is a lookalike of Brain, he has Alex's hair design. He also wear glasses, though not the same kind as Arthur's glasses.
