Kieper[1] or Kiefer[2] is a tomcat, who is in the fourth grade at Lakewood Elementary School. He is a member of the Tough Customers, and so far his only speaking line was in Arthur, World's Greatest Gleeper when he said "Arthur's sweet on Francine, man".
