"Pal and the Big Itch" is the second half of the seventh episode in the twenty-first season of Arthur.
Official synopsis
When Pal is forced to wear a cone around his neck due to an itch, his friends try to make him feel better. Once it goes away, he starts to miss his special treatment and wants to get the itch back.
