Sunny Carnebone was allegedly Killer's uncle. She tells Pal about him in "Pal and the Big Itch" to keep Pal's mind off his itching leg.
Sunny was the son of Dogfather Fido Carnebone and the brother of Bobo and Mickey. According to Killer, he was "a real hothead".

- Sunny Carnebone is based on Santino "Sonny" Corleone from the book and movie The Godfather. Sonny is a hotheaded man who walks into an ambush and is killed by a rival crime family.
