The following is an episode list for the television series Arthur. This episode list includes specials.

Arthur has a total of 150 episodes in 12 seasons. The series began in September 1996 and premiered its twelfth season on October 6, 2008. Seasons 1 through 8 were produced by Cinar; the company was succeeded by Cookie Jar Entertainment, beginning with Season 9.

Francine's Bad Hair Day Francine is the most athletic person on the Elwood City kickball team, but she is a girl. She must choose between pursuing the wishes of her fashionable friend Muffy, or following her own personality.
2/1-2 September 9, 1996 Arthur and the Real Mr. Ratburn Arthur and his friends are horrified when he learns that their 3rd grade teacher will be the infamous Mr. Ratburn. He is described by Prunella as a cruel vampire with hypnotic powers who eats nails for breakfast without milk. When Arthur and Buster investigate, they learn that there is another side to his character.
Arthur's Spelling Trubble Arthur practices for the spelling bee and competes against Prunella and the Brain, last year's winner and the smartest kid in his class, respectively. Even with the support of his family (except for D.W.) he is nervous and becomes more nervous when the Prunella is the only other competitor left.
3/1-3 September 16, 1996 D.W. All Wet On a hot summer day, D.W. and her preschool class are taken to the aquarium on a field trip. When a shark swims by the rest of her class, D.W. hides while she teases it, but when an octopus appears, D.W. is the only one afraid. The Reads go to the seashore to escape from the summer heat and everyone is having a wonderful time, except for D.W. who won't swim because she thinks there are octopi in the water.
Buster's Dino Dilemma Buster and Arthur make a long-awaited field trip to a dinosaur museum. On his own, Buster discovers a fossilized dinosaur footprint and takes it home. Despite it being against museum rules, Buster doesn't want to relinquish his find.
4/1-4 September 23, 1996 D.W.'s Imaginary Friend D.W. has a new imaginary friend named Nadine who follows her everywhere. When Arthur and Buster find out about a new amusement ride, they don't want D.W. to come along and embarrass them because she would bring Nadine along too.
Arthur's Lost Library Book Everyone loves the Scare-Your-Pants-Off series and the new book is coming out. Arthur is the first to borrow it along with many other books at the same time, but when he collects the library books scattered around the house, he can't find the Scare-Your-Pants-Off book.
5/1-5 October 7, 1996 Arthur's Pet Business Arthur wants a dog very badly but his parents will not allow him to have one until he proves he is responsible enough. Arthur starts his own pet business to prove he is responsible, which includes watching over the unfriendly dog Perky.
D.W., the Copycat Arthur doesn't like to play with D.W. because she likes "baby" stuff and not the stuff he likes, so D.W. starts acting and dressing like Arthur and following him around, even into the bathroom. Arthur's friends start excluding him because they don't want D.W. around.
6/1-6 October 14, 1996 Locked in the Library Francine, who has been friends with Arthur since preschool, is mad at him for telling everyone she looks like a marshmallow when she wears a white sweater. Mr. Ratburn assigns both of them to work together on a project on heroes. With Francine still mad at Arthur, they go to the library together to research their project and get locked in for the weekend. As they try to find a way out, they realize their friendship.
Arthur Accused! Arthur is in charge of the fundraiser for the Elwood City Fire Department. He leaves a bags of quarters from the fundraiser for Mrs. McGrady, who is distracted by a phone conversation. When she doesn't receive the quarters, Arthur is accused of stealing all the raised money, giving Buster his first case as a Private Eye.
7/1-7 October 21, 1996 Arthur Goes to Camp Arthur and his friends go to Camp Meadowcroak where everything is a competition between girls and boys. The final day arrives and Meadowcroak must work together to compete against Camp Horsewater to win the all-camp scavenger hunt.
Buster Makes the Grade Buster's marks continue to fall and he will have to repeat third grade if he doesn't get a B on the next test. Arthur, Francine and Muffy tutor him, but he still doesn't seem interested in studying. After a dream of himself repeating the third grade for the thirty-third time with Mr. Ratburn, he is motivated to study.
8/1-8 October 28, 1996 Arthur's New Puppy Arthur's new puppy, Pal (from "Arthur's Pet Business"), is exactly what he wanted, but Arthur must train Pal to be a good dog or Pal will have to move out of the house.
Arthur Bounces Back Arthur wants Moon Boots and tries different ways to get money to buy them. His mom wants him to clean the garage for $2. As he is cleaning it, Mrs. Tibble comes by, thinking there's a yard sale and buys a necklace, giving Arthur enough money to buy the Moon Boots. It turns out that the necklace is to be a gift from his dad to his mom and he has to earn the necklace back by doing chores.
9/1-9 November 4, 1996 Arthur Babysits Arthur thinks that babysitting is the easiest job in the world until D.W. volunteers him to Tommy and Timmy Tibble. Prunella describes her sister's only time babysitting the them as an experience that still gives her nightmares. Arthur can't control the Tibble twins and thinks he loses them while playing hide-and-seek but scares them out of hiding and into a scared but manageable state.
Arthur's Cousin Catastrophe Arthur's family is hosting a family reunion. Arthur spends his time avoiding his cousin Mo because of experiences from past family reunions but finds out that she isn't as bad as he thinks.
10/1-10 November 11, 1996 Arthur's Birthday Arthur and Muffy have their birthday parties on the same day and neither can change the date. This splits the boys and the girls. Arthur and Francine come up with a plan to remedy the situation.
Francine Frensky, Superstar Francine has often had bad roles in school plays where she gets injured. She finally gets a safer role as the lead, when Mr. Ratburn decides they will dramatize the story of Thomas Edison. While she is trying to make the best of a good opportunity for her to shine, she alienates her friends as she studies for the role and bosses them around, leading them to retaliate during dress rehearsal.
11/1-11 November 18, 1996 Arthur's Baby Arthur and D.W.'s mom is pregnant with their baby sister Kate. Arthur is nervous, wondering what it would be like to have a new baby in the house. When the baby does come, he is worried that the baby hates him, as she always seems to cry when he's around. It's not until Arthur is forced the babysit that he realizes how wrong he is.
D.W.'s Baby Arthur tells D.W how she acted when Kate was born, starting after Kate was brought home for the first time in "Arthur's Baby". D.W. is excited but frustrated when she doesn't get to help with Kate. Kate's crib is moved into D.W.'s room but D.W. soon finds drawbacks to sharing a room with a baby. D.W. soon becomes jealous over the attention Kate is getting. She tries to get rid of Kate. When that doesn't work, she runs away thinking that the family doesn't need her.
12/1-12 November 25, 1996 Arthur Writes a Story Arthur needs to write a story for homework, so he decides to write about how he got Pal ("Arthur's Pet Business"). He is afraid that no one will like his story after D.W. informs him that it's boring. He begins fictionalizing the events and revising his story using advice from different people, as he tries to write a good story.
Arthur's Lost Dog It is Downtown Day in Elwood City and the Reads are downtown attending the event. They pass a clown carrying balloons. Kate begins to cry and no one knows why, except for Pal who knows she wants a balloon. Pal runs off after a clown to get a balloon, but Arthur thinks he's running away from him.
13/1-13 December 2, 1996 So Long, Spanky D.W.'s pet bird, Spanky, dies. She leaves a can of flowers on Spanky's grave after his funeral but finds a toad in there. Arthur takes her to the pet store to buy a new pet to replace Spanky, but they don't find one. The toad reappears several more times, following D.W., but she hates the toad since it won't leave her alone. When it doesn't reappear, she realizes that she misses it.
Buster's New Friend Arthur and Buster are doing a project together, but Buster doesn't seem to have the time for the project or for Arthur or anyone else. All he does is talk about his new friend Mike. Arthur decides to return everything related to Buster. At Buster's house they become friends again and he finds out Mike isn't just another kid to replace Arthur.
14/1-14 December 9, 1996 Arthur the Wrecker Arthur is addicted to a new computer game, Deep Dark Sea, playing even when he shouldn't. When he gets to a new area he's excited about, he calls up Buster. When it appears that they have broken the computer, they look for Brain to help them fix it, but he can't find the problem.
Arthur and the True Francine Muffy and Francine were best friends since second grade, when Muffy was a new student. Muffy and Francine decide to study together for an upcoming math test, but Muffy continually procrastinates, claiming that she knows her addition and subtraction. When the test day comes, Muffy cheats off of Francine's test and claims that she would never cheat, getting Francine into trouble which almost costs her her friendship with Francine.
15/1-15 December 16, 1996 Arthur's Family Vacation Arthur wants to go back to Camp Meadowcroak (from "Arthur Goes to Camp") with Buster for the summer and tries to get out of the family vacation to the beach. He changes his mind with the mention of lobster and after several impediments, they finally make it to the beach. They lose their hotel reservation and stay in a leaky rundown hotel. Things eventually start to get better.
Grandpa Dave's Old Country Farm Arthur and D.W. go to visit their Grandpa Dave who lives on an old rundown farm. The farm has been in the family for 150 years and Grandpa Dave doesn't want help running it. Arthur and D.W. are concerned by the state of things and try to help him fix up the farm with the help of one Grandpa Dave's friends.
16/1-16 January 6, 1997 Arthur and the Crunch Cereal Contest Arthur finds an entry form for a jingle writing contest for Crunch Cereal and he's determined to win the year's supply of Crunch Cereal. He starts a band with some of his friends, Mrs. McGrady and Grandma Thora, but he has nothing for them to play. Without a tune, he hears D.W. singing a song about Nadine and plagiarizes it. He feels guilty, later, as he is about to mail it.
D.W. Flips D.W. wants to take gymnastics class after seeing a gymnast on TV, but her mom gives several examples of D.W. never finishing what she wants to do. She gets her way and goes to her first class. Emily is there and D.W. doesn't like her because she seems to do everything perfectly. D.W. is determined to be better than her and ends up making a new friend.
17/1-17 January 13, 1997 Meek for a Week Muffy bets Francine she can't be nice to everyone for a whole week and she can't tell anyone about why she's being nice. Arthur and his friends are worried when Francine starts acting nice for no apparent reason and are worried she may "pop" if she continues bottling up her anger. They try fruitlessly to diffuse her.
Arthur, World's Greatest Gleeper Arthur and Buster sit at the only available table with the Tough Customers. Buster claims that Arthur is the world's greatest "gleeper" to stop the teasing, only to find out later that "gleep" means "steal". Arthur lets the lie grow into a schoolwide rumor.
18/1-18 January 20, 1997 Arthur's Chicken Pox Arthur gets chicken pox. D.W. is jealous of the attention and extra freedom he gets while Grandma Thora is taking care of him. In an attempt to regain the lost attention she fakes having chicken pox. In the end D.W. catches the Chicken Pox from Arthur and ends up missing a family trip to the circus.
Sick as a Dog Pal eats things other than dog food, like pancakes and old gummy worms. He gets ill. Arthur thinks D.W. had something to do with it. Arthur finds out it's the foods Pal has eaten.
19/1-19 January 27, 1997 D.W. Rides Again D.W. gets a new bike and needs to learn how to use it. Arthur teachers her the basics and she learns to ride by herself without training wheels in time for the bike-a-thon.
Arthur Makes the Team Arthur and his friends are trying out for the baseball team and everyone wants to be the pitcher. Arthur makes the team but he's the worst player. Arthur and Francine, who can't pitch, work together to improve their baseball skills.
20/1-20 February 3, 1997 Arthur's Almost Boring Day Arthur and his friends are assigned to write about what they do over Saturday, but it rains and ruins plans. Arthur and D.W. are sent over to Grandma Thora's. Without anything better to do, they help her clean out her attic and find some interesting things, including old home movies.
The Half-Baked Sale Arthur's grandmother, Grandma Thora, cannot cook. When she decides to bake cookies for the Bake Sale, Arthur tries to think up ways to stop her bad cooking from ruining it. He decides to buy all of her cookies before anyone else can. When the janitor finds the cookies in the Janitor's closet, Arthur has to tell the truth.
21/1-21 February 10, 1997 Sue Ellen Moves In Rumors are circulating about the new family that has moved in and Buster thinks that they may be aliens, even after he's met Sue Ellen. When Buster's mom invites Sue Ellen's over for dinner, he finds out that Sue Ellen isn't an alien, but just a kid who has lived in various places around the world.
The Perfect Brother The Brain is spending the weekend with the Reads because his parents are going to an ice cream convention. Arthur thinks this will be like having a brother around, but the Brain is neat, finishes his homework early, and reads to D.W., making Arthur look bad. However, Arthur discovers that the Brain is not so neat when the Brain invites Arthur over.
22/1-22 February 17, 1997 D.W.'s Snow Mystery D.W. kept a snowball in the freezer from the best day of her life, but it's missing. Buster, as a detective, investigates, listening to biased accounts of those present the day the snowball disappeared. They argue and accuse each other but everyone, except D.W., lets the incident go as the first snowfall of the year appears.
Team Trouble Arthur, Buster and Francine are assigned to do a group project on Ancient Rome. They discuss how they're going to do the project, each coming up with their own idea and eventually decide to draw a comic book. Each has their own idea of what to draw and after a failure to communicate have a mis-matched comic book. They argue over this and finally realize that they need to work together to finish the project.
23/1-23 February 24, 1997 Bully for Binky Binky has a reputation for being a bully. He bullies Sue Ellen, who is still a new student ("Sue Ellen Moves In"), and she demands that he apologize. When he doesn't, she challenges him to a fight to settle it. He gets nervous when he finds out she knows Tae Kwon Do. He decides to beat her at music but loses, so he apologizes to her so they wouldn't have to fight.
Misfortune Teller For her half-birthday, Prunella's big sister, Rubella, gives her a cootie catcher. Rubella claims that it can tell the future and the answers it gives do come true. Arthur and his friends begin following the advice of the cootie catcher. When the cootie catcher goes missing and turns up ruined by the washing machine, Arthur and his friends realize that they don't need the cootie catcher to run their lives.
24/1-24 March 3, 1997 Arthur's Tooth Arthur has a loose tooth, but he is the only one in his class that hasn't lost any of his baby teeth yet. He unsuccessfully tries various ways to get it out so that Francine would stop calling him a baby. Francine, later, unintentionally knocks Arthur's tooth out.
D.W. Gets Lost D.W. wants earrings because her friend, Emily, has earrings. She asks her mom and dad, but they claim her ears will turn green. After D.W.'s persistence, Mrs. Read takes D.W. to shopping for earrings only if she approves of them. While at the superstore, D.W. wanders off when her mom is distracted. Lost, she runs into Emily, whose ears have turned green. Emily directs D.W. back to her mom, who hasn't noticed that she left. D.W. no longer wants earrings.
25/1-25 March 10, 1997 D.W. Thinks Big At Aunt Lucy's wedding, Arthur is the ringbearer and their dramatic diva cousin Cora is the flower girl, but D.W. is too little to do anything. However, when the wedding ring gets lost in the pipe organ at the wedding, D.W.'s size helps her.
Arthur Cleans Up Arthur and Buster are playing frisbee in the park when their frisbee lands in a polluted fountain. Arthur's dad overhears Arthur and Buster talking about the park and Arthur involuntarily becomes the leader of a cleanup crew of kids. Arthur's friends aren't pleased with the idea after their parents had been informed and don't help him. But with the help of Francine's dad, Mr. Frensky, and a few volunteers, they manage to clean up the park.
26/1-26 April 21, 1997 My Dad, the Garbage Man Mr. Ratburn's class is going on field trips to several of the students' parents at work to learn about careers. Francine is embarrassed by her dad's job as a garbage man.
Poor Muffy Muffy is allergic to the new carpets in her house, so she decides to stay with Francine while the carpeting is being removed. She brings with her some of the things from her room including TVs, wardrobes, and sculptures. During Muffy's stay, Francine cannot deal with Muffy's spoiled attitude and Muffy cannot handle the less-than-wealthy condition in which Francine's family lives.
27/1-27 April 28, 1997 D.W.'s Blankie D.W. can't find her blankie and enlists the help of Arthur to search for it, retracing her steps over Elwood City.
Arthur's Substitute Teacher Trouble Mr. Ratburn loses his voice and his sister, Miss Ratburn, substitutes for him. Initially, the class is excited by the easiness of the class, doing things such as reciting the one times table and that yellow and blue make green. They are soon bored and are excited when Mr. Ratburn returns the next day.
28/1-28 May 19, 1997 I'm a Poet Fern is the only person who volunteers to enter the Poetry Competition, which is will be judged by Jack Prelutsky. When the others start making fun of her, Fern reveals a new side to her quiet character, and challenges them all to write poems for the competition. If they don't succeed, they will be roped into a year's membership of the school Poetry Club.
The Scare-Your-Pants-Off Club! Arthur and his friends get together a petition when they learn that their favorite series of books has been removed from the library. They find out that it's Muffy's parents who want the books banned.
29/1-29 May 26, 1997 My Club Rules Arthur and his friends create a club to stop D.W. from bothering them. When they can't agree on the rules of their club the club splits. This leads to more disagreements and more clubs created. They eventually come back together, under D.W.
Stolen Bike Francine's bike is too small for her so her dad finds his old bike for her, except she is embarrassed by the rusty old bike. She hides it and pretends it's stolen when it is accidentally taken way by a garbage truck.
30/1-30 June 2, 1997 Arthur's First Sleepover Arthur has a sleepover with Buster and Brain, even with all the talk of UFOs. D.W. wants to join them so that she can take a picture of a UFO. The boys don't agree. D.W. plays a prank on the boys with fake UFOs in retaliation and vice versa.
Arthur's New Years Eve Arthur has never stayed up until midnight on New Year's Eve. His friends all have their theories on what occurs when the new year comes. Arthur tries to stay up until New Year's Eve to find out what really happens at midnight.

31/2-1 September 22, 1997 Arthur Meets Mister Rogers Fred Rogers is visiting Mr. Ratburn's class and staying at Arthur's house. Arthur is afraid of telling anyone the latter because he doesn't want to be called a baby. It's not so bad when they find out.
Draw! When Francine makes fun of Fern, she draws a comic humiliating Francine, which everyone finds amusing. Other comics about Francine are drawn. During the school carnival, those are teasing Francine are convinced by Mrs. McGrady to dump green slime on Francine. As they prepare to do so, they realize how much they hurt Francine's feelings.
32/2-2 September 29, 1997 Binky Barnes, Art Expert Arthur and Buster have to work with Binky on an art report, but they believe Binky will make them do all the work. Binky wants to do the report on an abstract painting he believes is hanging sideways. To avoid embarrassment, Arthur and Buster make an agreement with Binky to do separate reports. Ironically, Binky is the only who does any of the work and turns out to be correct.
Arthur's Lucky Pencil Arthur's luck begins to change after he finds a pencil right before the stop of a rainstorm. After several lucky breaks, Arthur and his friends are convinced that the pencil is lucky. As the pencil gets shorter, Arthur is more conservative with his pencil. Even with an upcoming history test, he won't let anyone use it, not even himself.
33/2-3 October 6, 1997 D.W., the Picky Eater D.W.'s reluctance to eat unfamiliar food will keep the whole family from celebrating Grandma Thora's birthday at a special restaurant unless Arthur can persuade her to be more open-minded.
Buster and the Daredevils Buster begins keeping bad company in his eagerness to learn his new "friends'" skating tricks. Arthur realizes that they are just having Buster make a fool of himself for their own amusement.
34/2-4 October 13, 1997 Arthur Makes a Movie Arthur and his friends are too young to watch a James Hound movie. They instead decide to make their own James Hound movie. Although the movie doesn't come out as planned, they have fun filming it.
Go to Your Room, D.W. D.W. doesn't get along well with Kate and is sent to her room for ten minutes after threatening to pinch Kate. She thinks that her parents only love Arthur and Kate. While she babysits Kate for the rest of her punishment, she realizes that she has been a horrible sister.
35/2-5 October 20, 1997 Arthur's Underwear Binky rips his pants in class, revealing his underwear. Arthur can't stop laughing every time he thinks of it, but he's getting nightmares where he doesn't have any pants. He tells Buster about this, who tells everyone else, which embarrasses him. Inevitably, Arthur does rip his pants and has to deal with it.
Francine Frensky, Olympic Rider Francine goes for horse riding lessons and her sister, Catherine has to bring her there. Catherine is better than Francine! Feeling over shadowed by Catherine, Francine considers quitting but returns and remembers why she wanted to take horseback riding in the first place.
36/2-6 October 27, 1997 Buster Baxter, Cat Saver Buster gets a cat down from a tree with his ice cream and his mother publishes a story on it. When people start calling him a hero, this goes to his head and he starts acting important and retells the story with embellished details. Arthur, Francine, and the Brain make a fool out of Buster to humble him, but he ends up saving Arthur and Francine from a runaway piano.
Play it Again, D.W. D.W. is still playing her "Crazy Bus" CD (since "Buster Baxter, Cat Saver") and Arthur is already annoyed by it. She surprises Arthur with four tickets to "Crazy Bus Live". Arthur is embarrassed to be there but finds Buster enjoying the show. When D.W.'s CD goes missing, she accuses Arthur of taking it, but their parents have taken it by mistake.
37/2-7 November 3, 1997 Arthur's TV-Free Week Arthur and his friends are going TV-free for a week. Arthur's family also goes without TV in support of the idea. Everyone tries to resist the temptation of TV while they go through their week.
Night Fright Binky has a night light. He tries to go without it when Arthur has to stay over because Arthur's parents are stuck out of town. When Arthur finds out about it, he believes Arthur may use this against him, although Arthur isn't particularly interested. Even so, he eventually musters the courage to tell everyone before Arthur does.
38/2-8 November 10, 1997 Arthur vs. the Piano Arthur's music class has a recital on Friday. Everyone except for Arthur is worried and practicing. Arthur is confident that he knows everything well enough until a nightmare makes him worry he may miss a note. In a subplot, D.W. has hiccups that won't go away.
The Big Blow-Up Francine and the Brain have an argument over soccer practice that carries into class and through the next soccer match. They may not make the playoffs if the argument continues. Arthur uses D.W.'s idea of writing an early letter to Santa to resolve things between Francine and the Brain with fake apology letters.
39/2-9 December 8, 1997 Lost! After school, Arthur is supposed to take the bus to the public pool for his swimming lesson, but he falls asleep on the bus and misses his stop. Then Arthur ends up at the edge of town but luckily, the bus driver helps him find his way home.
The Short, Quick Summer Arthur has a to-do list for the summer, but he can't find it and summer's nearly over. He finds out everyone else had a great summer. He finds his list and D.W. accidentally, helps him realize that he did all the things on the list and had a great time too.
40/2-10 December 15, 1997 D.W. Goes to Washington The Reads go to Washington, D.C. over a holiday vacation. They tour the popular landmarks and at the White House, D.W. separates from the tour group and meets the President (Bill Clinton).
Arthur's Mystery Envelope Mr. Haney gives an envelope to Arthur to give to his mom. Arthur is worried about the contents of the envelope, thinking that it's about him, so he comes up with a way of giving it to his mom without her opening it. The envelope turns out to contain Mr. Haney's tax documents.
41/2-11 January 19, 1998 D.W.'s Deer Friend When D.W. goes camping with her family, she befriends a deer. She names him Walter and wants to take him home.
Buster Hits the Books Buster needs to write a book report, but he has never finished a book. His friends try to find a book he can finish.
42/2-12 January 28, 1998 Arthur's Faraway Friend Arthur and Buster start writing their own adventure book based on Buster's book choice from "Buster Hits the Books", but Buster is leaving for a couple of months.
Arthur and the Square Dance Arthur's and Francine's friends think that they are in love with each other, leading both of them to think the other is in love. The two avoid each other afraid of getting "cooties" and finally solve the problem.
43/2-13 February 7, 1998 Water and the Brain Muffy is throwing a party at a water park and everyone is excited except Brain. Arthur and Binky discover that the Brain is afraid of water and try to help him get over this fear so he can go to Muffy's party.
Arthur the Unfunny In a letter to Buster, Arthur tells him about how he was determined to be too hopelessly unfunny to be a clown and how he discovered he can be funny using his piano.
44/2-14 February 14, 1998 Sue Ellen's Lost Diary Sue Ellen loses her diary in the library. Muffy, Francine, Binky, and Arthur find it, wondering what's inside and whether to open it or return it unread.

At the race, D.W. finds herself in an unsafe situation when she is stuck at the top of a large pine tree after she climbs to get a better view.

The Tibbles are impressed as she rehashes events from the last two seasons into a sci-fi/fantasy adventure story about D.W.

Brain is the only one not interested in appearing on the show, but when it turns out that the segment is not what the other kids expect it to be, they need Brain's help.
55/3-5 November 2, 1998 The Chips are Down Arthur and Buster are sorting potato chips and find a big green one. D.W. eats the chip, so Arthur and Buster trick her into think it's poisonous. Binky eats one, too, and the both of them make the best out the last days of their lives.
Revenge of the Chip D.W. does not like to be reminded of the events in "The Chips are Down". Throughout the day, all of the kids and adults tease D.W. about the green chip incident. D.W. is furious that this went public, and blames Arthur but finds out it was her mom who told other people. Her mom apologizes, but D.W. is upset again and runs off when her mom starts telling the story to someone else.
56/3-6 November 9, 1998 Binky Rules When graffiti stating "Binky Rules" mysteriously appears on the walls of the school, everyone thinks that Binky wrote it. Buster and Fern, who are well known for being good detectives, attempt to prove that Binky didn't do it. Meet Binky Binky, the unknown band, has their first concert. Arthur gets to visit them backstage and struggles with whether or not he should bring his friends along and decides to bring them at the last minute. Dad's Dessert Dilemma Arthur brings a cake his dad made to a party in Mr. Ratburn's class celebrating Galileo's birthday. Everyone likes the cake so Arthur asks his dad to make more, but this makes his dad run behind on his other orders. He realizes this after Brain's mom starts bringing ice cream to the school. A subplot has Mr. Ratburn attempting to get Dad's cake by pretending to try to give anyone who is having cake a schedule of Spring Reading, but his final attempt doesn't work when it turns out that Arthur and dad aren't having cake; they're making cakes for other people.
58/3-8 December 7, 1998 Popular Girls Francine accidentally takes her sister's backpack to school and discovers a magazine called "Popular Girl". Reading it convinces Sue Ellen and Fern to change their personality to become more likable.
Buster's Growing Grudge Buster has never been mad at anyone for long, but he holds a grudge against Binky for telling his joke. This culminates to an onstage rant during a school talent show and Arthur has to set things right.
59/3-9 January 4, 1999 Arthur's Treasure Hunt After Buster finds an arrowhead in his backyard, Arthur wants to dig around his house to see what he can find. When he gets too involved, he starts digging where he's not allowed to dig.
The Return of the King Mr. Ratburn's class is at a medieval fair competing for a trophy against a class from Glenbrook led by Mr. Ratburn's former teacher, Mr. Pryce-Jones. During the competitions, Arthur is sidetracked by the sword in the stone and Mr. Ratburn's class fear that Mr. Pryce-Jones may replace Mr. Ratburn if they lose.
60/3-10 January 11, 1999 Attack of the Turbo Tibbles The Tibble twins watch an episode of "Terrific Turbo-Trooper Toy T-Bot Team" and start dressing and acting like the T-Bots, a duo of crime-fighting robots (who bear a striking resemblance to the Power Rangers). They play roughly while pretending to fight crime and end up hurting D.W.
D.W. Tricks the Tooth Fairy D.W. wants a tooth pulled out so that she can get money from the tooth fairy. When her plans don't work, she tries to trick the tooth fairy with a fake tooth.

Clarissa is Cracked D.W. borrows Grandma Thora's porcelain doll, Clarissa, and she cracks the doll the day she is supposed to return it. Arthur gets the help of Mr. Ratburn to try to fix it.
63/3-13 April 26, 1999 Arthur's Dummy Disaster George becomes more popular with his giraffe ventriloquist dummy, Wally, and starts a short-lived ventriloquism fad at school. He starts acting less rationally as Wally starts falling apart, because before Wally, nobody noticed him.
Francine and the Feline Francine's family gets a new cat that Francine renames Nemo after her sister named him Rose Petal. Arthur is a dog person and doesn't like Nemo, thinking he is trying to kill Pal. He dislikes Nemo so much that it may end his friendship with Francine.
64/3-14 May 24, 1999 Mom and Dad Have a Great Big Fight D.W. and Arthur overhear their Mom and Dad arguing and fear that it will split their family.
D.W.'s Perfect Wish D.W. isn't as excited about her fifth birthday as her previous birthdays because according to Emily, after she turns five, she will no longer be a kid. Arthur goes over past events (from previous episodes) with D.W. to cheer her up. This works and she goes on to her birthday party to make a wish.

68/4-3 September 20, 1999 Buster's Breathless Buster tells a story about his asthma. When Buster learns he has asthma, his friends start treating him differently, thinking that Buster needed special attention. Buster educates his friends about asthma.
The Fright Stuff Muffy and Francine play several pranks on Arthur, Buster, Binky, and the Brain and invite them to a party at a haunted house. The boys decide to retaliate at the party and Muffy and Francine are ready with another prank. They call off all pranks when they discover a real ghost.
69/4-4 September 27, 1999 The Contest Buster is entering the TV Schedule Magazine's contest for writing an episode for the Andy and Company Show. His friends decide to enter in the contest too with their stories styled like South Park, Beavis and Butt-head, and Dexter's Laboratory amongst other things. Five years later,they are 13, and watch for the winning episode to find out a girl from Canadian, Oklahoma named Holly Holland has won.
Prove It! D.W. becomes interested in science after she watches an episode of NOVA. When Arthur won't take her along to the Exploratorium, a hands-on science museum, she makes her own Exploratorium with false explanations of real-life occurrences, such as why the sky is blue, or what the formula for water stands for. She challenges Arthur and the Brain to "prove it" when they say she's wrong, only to have to take her to the Exploratorium.
70/4-5 October 4, 1999 The Blizzard A blizzard hits Elwood City, leaving Mr. Ratburn, Mr. Haney, and Mr. Morris trapped in school, the Brain at Prunella's and several families with the Reads. Francine has to write a report on pioneers and bases it on her experience with the people who came over to the Reads and pooled their resources. D.W. saves a snowball in the freezer. The Rat Who Came to Dinner After his roof caves from snow, Mr. Ratburn stays at Arthur's house. Arthur is afraid that it will be nonstop homework and teaching, only to find out Mr. Ratburn is more fun than he thought. However, at school, his friends start calling him a teacher's pet.
71/4-6 October 11, 1999 D.W. Tale Spins Arthur and Buster are into the Vegemorphs series which they think is better than the Scare-Your-Pants-Off-Books. D.W. says she can tell a better story than the Vegemorphs to which Arthur disagrees. She retells the Odyssey to prove a point.
Prunella Gets it Twice Prunella gets two Polly Locket dolls and dismisses the second one, which was from Francine. Later, Prunella thinks that Francine spoiled the party by not joining in on the festivities. That night, The Ghost of Presents Past takes her through time to clear things up in a way similar to A Christmas Carol.
72/4-7 October 18, 1999 Binky Barnes, Wingman! Binky is doing a project on butterflies and becomes obsessed with catching "Big Blue", a rare blue butterfly. He eventually manages to catch "Big Blue" but lets every butterfly go when he is horrified by how butterflies are kept in collections.
To Beat or Not to Beat When Francine enters the talent show, her friends try to tell her she is horrible when she sings and drums at the same time, even though she is a good drummer. After she hears a recording of herself, she realizes her friends had been right, but at the talent show, she surprises them without her drum set as she sings very well.
73/4-8 October 25, 1999 1001 Dads Father's Day is approaching and Arthur and his friends come up with an idea to find a substitute dad for Buster's dad who's a pilot and often away.
Prunella's Prediction Prunella wants flashpants and thinks she's getting them for her birthday, only to be disappointed by a watch instead. Arthur is afraid of being teased when wearing his dad's old Mr. Puffy jacket because he's outgrown his old winter coat. Together, they realize that they don't have to hide because of what they wear.
74/4-9 November 1, 1999 What is that Thing? Arthur and his friends separately find the same metal bobbin but don't know what it is. It happens to fit exactly what they need at the moment it appears. They argue over it and find out that it's Mr. Ratburn's bobbin and learns what it is at Mr. Ratburn's puppet show.
Buster's Best Behavior Buster is funny but wants to be good at something else, and Arthur wants to be funny like Buster. They end up acting like each other. This annoys their friends and they realize that they are fine the way they are.
75/4-10 November 8, 1999 My Music Rules The Elwood City Library is looking for a musician to perform for the children's show later in the week. D.W. suggests that they find the guy who wrote Crazy Bus, her favorite song. Arthur and his friends are immediately annoyed, so they choose to find a musician. Francine's father suggests that they hire Joshua Redman, who is Francine's uncle and a jazz musician. But then Grandma Thora takes D.W to a concert, and she decided the person she wants is Yo-Yo Ma. Yo-Yo Ma and Joshua Redman guest star as themselves.
That's a Baby Show! Arthur is put in an awkward situation, when, after arguing with his sister because she watches "Mary Moo-Cow", a baby show, she tells him that the real baby show is "The Love Ducks". Intrigued, Arthur watches an episode- and becomes hooked on it! He tries to hide it from his friends, which is not easy, because it clashes with "Dark Bunny", the show which THEY'RE all hooked on, and always talking about. In the end, they ALL admit they like "The Love Ducks".
  • This is the first season to have two special guest stars, Yo-Yo Ma and Joshua Redman.
  • Beginning with season 4, only 10 episodes were aired per season.
  • This is the final season where Michael Yarmush voices Arthur.

Double Dare Arthur, Buster, Francine, and the Brain resent the large amount of homework they are assigned, which culminates in a large number of dares issued to skip school. However, the next morning, everyone agrees to call of the plot due to guilt (personified by a giant clam). Francine fails to receive the message and carries on with the dare.
77/5-2 September 11, 2000 Kids are From Earth, Parents are From Pluto Lakewood Elementary is having a school open house and Arthur and his friends are embarrassed by how their parents will act judging from the previous year's open house. This prompts Sue Ellen to ask her parents to act more "normal".
Nerves of Steal Buster wants the new cybertoy, but they're too expensive, so while he's at the store he slips one into Arthur's backpack without him noticing. He feels guilty later, so he and Arthur try to return it without getting into trouble.
78/5-3 September 18, 2000 It's a No-Brainer Buster beats the Brain at a class Math-a-thon, so the Brain gives up on his studies and Buster must represent the class. Buster realizes that he can't represent the class and comes up with several plans to turn the Brain back to the way he is.
The Shore Thing Arthur, Buster, Binky, Sue Ellen, and the Brain are excited that Arthur's dad is going to take them some place better than the waterpark Aqualand. Although disappointed that they're brought to the beach, Arthur's dad tells them about Ocean Zone and leaves them to find it. They have fun at the beach and realize that that is Ocean Zone.
79/5-4 September 25, 2000 The World Record Arthur and his friends attempt to break a world record by making the world's largest pizza.
The Cave Arthur and his classmates take a field trip to some caves in Palisades Park. Arthur is afraid of going into the caves, but inside, he's not the one that's spooked the most. He uses what his dad told him and gets everyone out of the cave calmly.

Francine Goes to War Being annoyed by her new neighbor, Francine tries to get her to move by setting traps to scare her. This doesn't work and Francine makes a new friend as she gets to know her neighbor.
82/5-7 October 16, 2000 Sleep No More Buster believes its his destiny to go to pizza Paula's Pizzaland and win the pizza-eating contest for free pizza for life. While he is there, he goes back to the hotel room to sleep early for the pizza contest, except he can't fall asleep.
Pet Peeved Francine pays Binky to look after Nemo for the weekend, but he doesn't take a look at her written instructions. When Nemo acts strangely at the mention of Francine, Binky keeps him away from her, thinking she is a bad owner.
83/5-8 October 23, 2000 The Last of Mary Moo Cow When her favorite show, Mary Moo Cow, is canceled, D.W. starts a petition to try to get her show back on the air and visits the studio of Mary Moo Cow.
Bitzi's Beau Buster's mom, Bitzi, has a boyfriend and Buster is nervous to meet him. At first he thinks it's Mr. Ratburn but finds out it's not. When Buster eventually meets her boyfriend, Harry, he finds out Harry's not so bad.
84/5-9 October 30, 2000 Just Desserts Arthur has a stomachache after eating too many sweets and has dreams involving fairytales made famous by the Brothers Grimm.
The Big Dig Arthur and D.W. don't want to spend time with Grandpa Dave because all he does is play checkers and sleep. He tells them about a buried family treasure, but the two don't want to wait up for him so they take the map and look for the treasure themselves.

Although D.W., finding Virtual Goose similar to her Confuse the Goose board game, teaches her how to improve her game, she sticks to her promise.
Best of the Nest Arthur and his friends stop playing Virtual Goose and move onto Virtual Goose V5.0, a six-player multiplayer game where only one will win. Brain loses and is challenged as to whether or not he could survive out in the wild, so he starts a camping trip. However, his friends, and even Mr. Ratburn, seem more interested in the internet.
87/6-2 October 1, 2001 Arthur Plays the Blues Arthur gets a new piano teacher, Dr. Fugue, who is not only one of the best teachers but also one of the strictest. When Arthur fails to practice sufficiently, Dr. Fugue "fires" Arthur. Wanting to be rehired, Arthur begins practicing the piece he was supposed to practice.
Buster's Sweet Success Buster is fundraising for the school band by selling chocolates, but he ends up eating some of them and giving others away. Since he doesn't have the money to pay for them he opts to make chocolates, which are only worth of being joke chocolates.
88/6-3 October 8, 2001 Prunella's Special Edition Prunella is excited to get her new monogrammed limited edition Henry Skreever book in the mail, but finds that it is in braille. When Prunella goes to the library to get the book with words, she meets and makes friends with a blind girl, Marina, who's looking for the same book in braille.
The Secret Life of Dogs and Babies Kate and Pal can understand each other, but older people like the rest of the Read family can't. When Mr. Read can't find the figurine that goes on top of the wedding cake he made, Kate and Pal work together to get the figurine on top of the cake before it gets to the wedding ceremony.
89/6-4 October 15, 2001 Muffy's Soccer Shocker Muffy's dad, whose first name is Ed, is the new soccer coach and has the team do drills named after car parts. Muffy is not enjoying it since he is tougher on her and even makes her goalie. The team doubts Mr. Crosswire's coaching methodology until they finally win a game.
Brother Can You Spare a Clarinet? The Young Person's Orchestra is going to hold tryouts at Lakewood Elementary. Everyone in the band thinks Binky is the best. Binky thinks that they're talking about how bad he is, so he starts a scheme with the rest of the Tough Customers to get rid of music.
90/6-5 October 22, 2001 The Boy Who Cried Comet! Buster thinks he's seen a UFO, but no one believes him because he's said he's seen a UFO too many times. He borrows Muffy's telescope and finds a comet headed for earth. No one believes him, but this time he has proof. They discover that the telescope is malfunctioning.
Arthur and Los Vecínos A new family is moving in next to the Reads after their neighbor, Mr. Sipple, moves away. The Reads get to know the Molinas and discover how similar they are.
91/6-6 October 29, 2001 Citizen Frensky Francine is head of the new school newspaper after shadowing Buster's mom at work and taking a front page picture. Francine takes potentially embarrassing photos and publishes them out of context with embarrassing captions. Her friends no longer want to hang out with her and a rival paper appears that makes fun of Francine.
D.W.'s Backpack Mishap D.W. grabs the wrong backpack when it starts to rain at the public outdoor pool. She goes in search of the mysterious "OM BLE" who she believes is a backpack thief.
92/6-7 November 5, 2001 The Boy with His Head in the Clouds George has trouble reading and doesn't want anyone to think he's dumb. He takes Binky to be his mentor to teach him to be tough so no one will tease him, but realizes he wasn't cut out for being tough. He finds out that he has dyslexia and works his way around it.
More! D.W. is excited to be getting an allowance, but is discontent once she learns that Emily and the Tibbles have already been getting allowance and have more money. When she fails to get more allowance, she pretends that she gets more allowance than she does.
93/6-8 November 12, 2001 Rhyme for Your Life Binky is trying to write a rhyming poem for his mom, but he doesn't think he can do it. When he falls asleep he finds himself in a dream where it's a crime not to rhyme. After he gives a blank card to his mom, he discovers he can rhyme.
For Whom the Bell Tolls Arthur is overjoyed that D.W. lost her voice but is not so excited when he has to do what she wants him to do. When he discovers that D.W. is better but continues faking, he gets his friends to come up with a plan to expose her lie.

Crushed Arthur has a crush on his new babysitter. He is devastated when he discovers that she has a boyfriend. He tries to avoid her by going to Buster's only to find that she is there to babysit Buster.
95/6-10 November 26, 2001 Arthur Loses His Marbles Muffy's new marbles prompt Arthur and his friends to start playing marbles. Arthur signs up for a marbles tournament after he gets trained by Grandma Thora. When he discovers that he has to compete against Grandma Thora in the marbles tournament, he plays poorly on purpose but Grandma Thora loses first when she finds out what's happening.
Friday the 13th Brain doesn't believe in superstitions and goes on to try to prove this by doing things superstitiously believed to bring bad luck, like breaking a mirror. Counter to his hypothesis, a streak of bad luck strikes. When the Brain believes he ultimately disproves superstitions by turning around a baseball game they are sure to lose, his friends believe he has some lucky objects.

The Great Sock Mystery D.W. is grumpy because one of her socks is missing. Pal investigates and stumbles upon the sock market, which supposedly helps the economy. Pal and Kate team up to play the sock market to get D.W.'s sock back but end up failing. The sock is finally retrieved after the current owner is reunited with D.W.'s toad (from "So Long, Spanky").
97/7-2 October 9, 2002 Francine's Split Decision Francine's bowling tournament and her cousin's bar mitzvah are at the same time. Her friends try to help her so that she can attend both at once, but she is eventually caught by her parents.
Muffy Goes Metropolitan Muffy goes with Sue Ellen to Crown City, which Muffy thinks is a glamorous metropolis of high culture. However, her first trip is nothing like she imagined it would be.
98/7-3 October 10, 2002 Ants in Arthur's Pants Arthur is doing a science project on ants to prove that he has PANTS by being patient, attentive, nosy, thoughtful, and systematic. However, all but one make it into the ant farm. After he tries various ways to collect the ants, he accidentally ruins Francine's project. Coincidentally, this helps save his project and the two combine their projects.
Don't Ask Muffy Muffy is starting an advice column and dreams of becoming famous like Hoprah Linseed but everyone is listening to another advice-giver. After she finds out that it is Molly, Muffy starts acting like Molly so that she can rival her in giving advice. Molly advises Muffy that she needs to be a better listener in order to be a better advice giver.
99/7-4 October 11, 2002 To Tibble the Truth Fearing that they may one day end up in jail for lying, the Tibble twins swear to tell the truth and nothing but the truth. However, this proves to be just as disastrous as lying because the Tibbles are too honest and alienate everyone else and each other.
Waiting to Go Binky accidentally breaks the Brain's new watch playing soccer. After the game, the two are the only ones left at the soccer field while waiting for their parents to pick them up. They try to find ways to waste time and tolerate each other while they wait.
100/7-5 October 14, 2002 Elwood City Turns 100! In Part I, Lakewood Elementary has been chosen to put on a musical tribute for Elwood City's centennial. Problems occur with the choice of roles and creative differences, but these are eventually resolved. On opening night, Muffy has a guest list of past celebrities, guest stars and Marc Brown, who are all sitting in the front row. However, Francine hasn't arrived and a prop is accidentally destroyed.

In the interstitial, Arthur and a few of his friends talk to Larry King about their centennial production.

In Part II, the show goes on without Francine. When she arrives with the destroyed prop, Buster, in a makeshift alien costume, enters onstage unscripted and entertains much of the bored audience. The entire production is deemed ruined as Buster accidentally tears the backdrop, but show goes on better than expected as they realize that the audience enjoy Buster's stunt. The audience cheers when the show is over.

101/7-6 November 25, 2002 Pick a Car, Any Car The Reads have to replace the family car because the mechanic told them it would cost too much to fix it. Arthur likes the family car and fights to keep it from being sold to the mechanic. He makes a call to Car Talk, hoping they know how to fix it, and find out the problem, much to the mechanic's disappointment. Tom and Ray Magliozzi (the Car Talk guys) guest star as Click and Clack Tappet from Car Talk.
Jenna's Bedtime Blues Jenna is reluctant to go to Muffy's annual slumber party because she still wets the bed. She goes and has a great time while trying to keep herself from needing to use her diaper when she sleeps. When her diaper is discovered, she finds out that the girls are understanding.
102/7-7 November 26, 2002 D.W.'s Time Trouble D.W. is sick of being the younger one. In a dream, she travels through time and changes it so that she is born first and Arthur second. After a time travel mishap, she realizes how much she appreciates having an older sibling.
Buster's Amish Mismatch After a field trip to Amish country to see how the Amish live, Buster wants to live like the Amish. However, his Amish lifestyle clashes with that of the city and he has only himself to help him with that lifestyle.
103/7-8 November 27, 2002 The World of Tomorrow Binky had already failed Mr. Ratburn's class once and went on the sleepover at the Science Museum. This year, they're going again and he's just as bored as he was the first time. Interested in a new unopened exhibit, he sneaks in when everyone else is asleep, only to be trapped in one of the exhibits. After a dream where he is trapped in the future, he holds a new interest in science.
Is There a Doctor in the House? Arthur and D.W. try to help out around the house when their mom is sick, but they end up making things worse when they forget a few things. When their dad is sick too, they try to fix their mistakes, fearing that they should have to learn to take care of things if their parents stay sick.
104/7-9 November 28, 2002 Prunella Sees the Light Prunella is inviting Marina over for a Henry Skreever sleepover. However, she worries that Marina may not see the decoration in her room or may get injured because she is blind. Marina doesn't like the special treatment Prunella is giving her, and Prunella learns to treat Marina just like any other friend.
Return of the Snowball D.W. finds that her snowball has returned (from "D.W.'s Snow Mystery"). She keeps it at bedside to prevent it from being stolen again, but it starts to melt. When Arthur doesn't answer accusations to his snowball theft, D.W. tricks the Brain to come over and investigate, only to discover that wasn't actually her snowball.
105/7-10 November 29, 2002 April 9th (Parts 1 and 2) It's April 9th, but the school day goes awry when a fire destroys the school. Buster is devastated that he didn't go through the burning school. The kids are sent to Mighty Mountain. Binky pulls the fire alarm because of his fear of the flames at the burned school. When Arthur fakes an illness, his dad finds out that Arthur is worried about him because he was trapped in Lakewood during the fire. Arthur's dad helps him see that it's his job to worry about Arthur. Sue Ellen gets a new diary from Muffy. Soon the Lakewood Elementary students return to Lakewood.

However, these give him a stereotypical picture of Turkey, and Adil is confused when Arthur asks him about his camel- not only does he not own a camel, he doesn't even know anyone who does! Brain comes to Arthur's rescue, giving him advice about what to say to Adil in his next letter.
Bitzi's Break Up Bitsi has a confession to make to Buster: she's breaking up with her boyfriend, Harry. Buster is dismayed, so with the help of Muffy, he creates a plan to get them back together again. However, to his chagrin, this plan fails. He is reassured that just because Harry broke up with his mother doesn't mean they can't be friends.
107/8-2 September 16, 2003 Fernfern and the Secret of Moose Mountain Mr. Frensky takes several of the girls on a mountain trail hiking trip. Fern believes that Moose Mountain is where her hero, Zutzut went to. Zutzut is a parody of Tintin. Fern and Francine clash personalities on the way up and end up separated from the group. They have to learn to work together and end up as the only group that make it to the top of the mountain. Then realizing the others are probably worried, they collect items to give to them as gifts on the way down.
Thanks A Lot, Binky Binky is shown what the world would be like if he decided to never be nice again, and it's not a pretty sight.
108/8-3 September 17, 2003 Arthur's Snow Biz Arthur begins a snow shoveling business to make some extra money. He allows Buster to join but Buster hardly does any work and expects to earn more money. The two argue and Buster decides to start his own snow shoveling business and the two have to compete to keep their customers.
Bugged Brain turns into a bug for a day to see how his friends really see him

(as someone who bugs them all the time.) He decides to never try to help them again, but soon learns that that might not be the best solution to his problems.

109/8-4 September 18, 2003 Fernkenstein's Monster Fern tries to write a story that matches up to Mary Shelley's novel Frankenstein. She completes it and when she reads it to her friends they are horrified and frightened while refusing to talk to her, fearing another story as fear inspiring.
D.W., Dancing Queen D.W. and Binky are paired up together for a school project. Binky teaches D.W. how to dance. But he ends up with a twisted ankle, so D.W. has to do it herself, although she does not have enough courage.
110/8-5 September 19, 2003 Vomitrocious! Francine and her friends pick on George due to his constant nose bleeds. But when Francine suddenly vomits in front of the whole school, she learns a hard lesson about teasing others when she and George discuss their embarrassment.
Sue Ellen Chickens Out The Sugar Bowl is going out of business and a chicken chain called the Chikin Lickin' is trying to buy it! Sue Ellen immediately goes to the Sugar Bowl's defense, but when her friends ignore this crisis, can she pull it off on her own? (The Chikin Lickin' chain could be a parody of Kentucky Fried Chicken or Chick-Fil-A).

Pilot for the Postcards from Buster spin-off series. Buster is about to start his 2003-2004 travel with his dad, and poor old Buster is convinced that his mother is going to miss him. Meanwhile, D.W. wants to see "Unicornucopia", a 1-star rated play showing in New York City, so she tries to save money through every way possible. After Buster is finally convinced that his mother won't miss him as much as he thought, he decides to go to NYC with Arthur anyway. While she and her parents go to see the play, Arthur and Buster explore New York City with Bo. First they go to Chinatown, El Barrio, meet up with subway break dancers and a sidewalk chalk artist. Then they try to meet Los Viajeros at "The Point", a children's recreation center in the Bronx, but they get lost. They ask some girls if they know the way to "The Point" which they do find, but don't meet up with Los Viajeros because they aren't there. Suddenly Arthur forgets he was supposed to see "Unicornucopia" with his family, which was a good thing because the play wasn't even worth it anyway. At the end of the episode Arthur thanks Buster for a good time.

Emily Swallows a Horse D.W. finds a ball, drops it, and finds Emily holding it. Emily tries to make up an excuse to keep the ball instead of D.W. She lies but it keeps getting bigger as she tells more lies, such as when she said Marie-Helene had a terrible disease called halitosis. She has a dream, tells Marie-Helene, and tells D.W.
124/9-9 April 7, 2005 D.W. Beats All When the Tibble Twins get a set of drums and decide to perform the Summer Serenade Festival, D.W. wishes that she has an instrument of her own to play, and ultimately creates her own instrument.
Buster the Myth Maker In "Buster the Myth Maker", after finding that Siberian Tigers are living in Turkey Hill Park, Arthur and Buster decide to investigate. However, the myth turns out to be a hoax, set up by The Brain as an experiment.

The entire Read family comes to understand that spending time together is indeed the most valuable celebration of all.
127/10-2 May 16, 2006 The Squirrels Tonight on TV is a special film that freaked Bitsi out called The Squirrels which is a parody of Alfred Hitchcock's The Birds. Everyone except Binky sees it and everyone in school (except Binky) starts becoming afraid of squirrels, but Arthur and his friends find that knowledge is key to overcoming their fear.
Fern & Persimmony Glitchet Fern's favourite author is Persimmony Glitchet. One day, she wants to write her own story and gets advice from Glitchet. When her story under the name Agatha Shelley gets published and the story is a disaster, Fern realizes that her old writing style suites her better.
128/10-3 May 17, 2006 Desert Island Dish As a year-end assignment, Mr. Ratburn's class is to find the "ideal food", that is, if they were stranded on a desert island, they'd have to decide on a food to bring an unlimited supply of and why. The Brain researches many food items, but comes to the conclusion that a variety of foods is the best way to survive.
The Secret About Secrets D.W. is jealous because everyone seems to have been told a secret except her. When she learns a secret which could cause her friend, James, real embarrassment if she ever told, she discovers that having a secret isn't all it's cracked up to be.
129/10-4 May 18, 2006 Feeling Flush With Catherine complaining that Francine is using excessive water during a drought, Francine and Arthur compete to see who can conserve the most water in a bet.
Family Fortune Arthur, D.W, and Grandma Thora search for something to bring to a TV auction show.
130/10-5 May 19, 2006 D.W. Aims High D.W. dreams of becoming an astronaut and being the first person to step foot on Mars. The only problem is the Tibble twins keep talking about Mars being the home of martians and purple blood-thirsty aliens, she decides Mars is scary, until Mr. Read shows D.W. The World of The Worlds and Mars in the planetarium. D.W. learns that Mars is anything but the Tibble's descriptions, and decides that she wishes to do her career project about being the first to set foot on Mars.
Flaw and Order Buster and Arthur are accused once again for breaking a cake plate that Mr. Read ordered. Mr. Read now needs proof that they didn't do it: Arthur and Buster must go around and collect clues to determine that they aren't at fault.

Arthur Changes Gears After saving up the funds to by the GX trailblazer 10,000 bike and having purchased one, Arthur is hesitant in riding it for fear that it will become damaged. However, after a dream, Arthur decides that the best way is to enjoy riding his bike, hence the purpose of having purchased one.

133/10-8 May 24, 2006 Binky vs. Binky Binky overcomes his fear of competition within athletics when he takes up biking, and finds out that winning isn't everything, but rather, the courage to continue in the light of failure.
Operation D.W. D.W. has an operation on her ears, and is initially fearful. Her family support her and convinces her to go through with the operation.
134/10-9 May 25, 2006 Do You Speak George? The gang have split into groups who all have their own special, made-up language. Muffy and Francine refuse to let Arthur and Buster learn their language, so the pair decide to make up their own. George wants to learn their language, but struggles, and therefore tries to invent his own language. The ensuing confusion convinces everyone that their original language is the most practical.
World Girls Muffy has become obsessed with World Girl Dolls. Each doll is dressed in the national costume of a particular country, and comes with accessories related to that country- there is also a book accompanying each doll. Sue Ellen is interested in purchasing an accessory for her doll, but when it goes out of production, she decides on another solution.
135/10-10 May 26, 2006 What's Cooking? Ming Tsai The big cooking competition is coming up and everyone is making a dish of his or her choice. Arthur decides to make a chocolate cake. Everything goes wrong when the baking powder is gone and baking soda is used instead, but Arthur learns making mistakes in cooking may lead to the creation of a new recipe.
Buster's Special Delivery Mr. Haney has decided to choose the very first student mail carrier. Buster accepts the job with great enthusiasm. He starts not liking work, but eventually, some assistance teaches him to perform his job better.

Strangers on a Train Sue Ellen finds a diary and wonders who it belongs to.
141/11-6 September 3, 2007 The Making of Arthur Arthur and his friends are making home videos to send to "Postcards From You", hosted by Matt Damon. Arthur doesn't have anything interesting to enter and accidentally deletes his entry. Buster give Arthur credit on his video about Arthur's life. Although they don't win, Matt Damon is interested in making a television series about Arthur's life. Matt Damon guest-stars as himself.
Dancing Fools Francine and George are not excited about dancing classes as Muffy and Binky, but they are chosen to represent the class in a dancing contest. They have fun but don't win. Meanwhile Muffy and Binky become jealous of the couple and plan to get them to drop out of the competition.
142/11-7 September 4, 2007 Hic or Treat Arthur is going to be a combination of Frankenstein and a dentist for Halloween, but no one thinks it's scary. D.W. can't stop hiccuping, so Arthur tries to scare her. Nothing works until Arthur puts on his costume.
Mr. Alwaysright Buster is annoyed by the Brain because he always seems to be right, even about Buster's present for his mom. Buster tries to find something the Brain wrong about but fails. He confesses what he's been doing. Brain finds out he was wrong about something and Buster finds a present he knows his mom will like.
143/11-8 September 5, 2007 Francine's Pilfered Paper Mr. Ratburn assigns essays to his class and asks them to write a paper on a Thanksgiving topic. Not knowing what she's doing, Francine copies an essay from the Internet and turns it in as her work, not knowing of the consequences of plagiarism, which may get her suspended from school.
Buster Gets Real Buster is interested in a new reality series that Arthur can't stand. When Buster shows no interest in Bionic Bunny, Arthur is afraid that they will no longer be friends.

145/11-10 September 7, 2007 Big Brother Binky (Parts 1 and 2) Binky's family adopts a baby girl from China. Binky and his family bring the baby girl (Mei-Lin) from China to Elwood City, and the episode deals with how Binky copes with his new sister.

146/12-1 October 6, 2008 Is That Kosher? Francine tries to go 24 hours without eating or drinking for Yom Kippur. When she finds out that Arthur is having a pizza party at his house on Yom Kippur, she tries to forget about it, but keeps on seeing words that describe food to keep her mind off. She goes to Arthur's house, thinking that the party is over, but when she sees the pizza, she accidentally devours a slice. It turns out that her Bubby is eating on Yom Kippur, too, so she forgets about the pizza incident. Guest starring Joan Rivers.
Never, Never, Never D.W. has too many toys in her room and mom wants to send some to charity. D.W. decides that she will give all of her toys to the people who love her most, forgetting that mom said that she only needed to get rid of the ones she doesn't use. The Tibbles falsely say they love her more than ever, while Emily declines. It turns out that the Tibbles are using the toys to shoot at with mud balls, and when D.W. wants them back, they reply the toys are theirs. D.W. believes that no one likes her, until Arthur comes by to pick her up from the Tibbles. He is able to get the toys that D.W. really loves, breaking his glasses along the way. D.W. decides to give some of her stuff away to get Arthur new glasses, and makes up with Emily.
147/12-2 October 13, 2008 Room to Ride Binky watches a tape of Lance Armstrong, and decides to bike. Unfortunately, he hits a pothole and gets injured. Arthur, Buster, Brain and Binky start a campaign to put in more bike lanes for the city. Lance Armstrong helps Binky with another injury and tells him that he doesn't need him to help him. The scene cuts to later when Mrs. MacGrady, Mr. Frensky and Binky are biking on the new bike lanes.
The Frensky Family Fiasco The show begins with everyone arguing about who the show should be about until Binky rolls the tape. Francine realizes that the family isn't spending enough time together and makes every Tuesday family night. Unfortunately, there is a mishap at a Japanese restaurant. When Francine has a dream about her family as baboons being eaten because they can't agree on the last night, they all end up having a bowling night.
148/12-3 October 20, 2008 D.W's Stray Netkitten D.W. asks Arthur and Emily to babysit her Netkitten since a clown virus hacks their computer.
Bats in the Belfry Arthur, D.W., and Buster turn Grandma Thora's attic into a clubhouse until Arthur spots a bat. There's only one thing to do - find garlic! Instead, Arthur's dad builds a bat box.
149/12-4 October 27, 2008 For the Birds Brain eats breakfast when he hears talk on radio about sightings of a rare bird and he unsuccessfully attempts to spot it so he can win a prize after he signs up for a bird-watching club. He is angry when Buster talks about it at school and Buster disguises as a monster so he can scare away the remaining club members. Brain uses a tape recording of the bird he recorded when listening to the radio talk show in order to attract the bird but he plays a recording of a "Chickin' Lickin'" ad he accidentally recorded and doesn't get a chance to get evidence of the bird, but he and Buster are still glad they saw the bird and they walk off happily.
Ungifted Buster digs out an old model threshing machine he found in the closet and builds it. However, he has trouble figuring out where the last piece of the model goes. Arthur comes by to tell Buster that they are giving out movie posters at the Mill Creek Mall Cinema but when Arthur gets a chance to visit the movie theater, Binky has already bought the last poster. Binky spots the model thresher and Arthur trades it for the poster. Arthur shows Buster the poster and explains how he got it but Buster is sad and angry. Arthur tries to make a sorry card for Buster but he rejects it. That night, Arthur has a bad dream where the thresher's "mother" is invading Buster's house. Arthur desperately asks to get the model back but the Tibbles destroy it on a little touchdown celebration by playing a little "offensive football" on a pass play. Later, Arthur visits Buster while his family is still having dinner. Arthur gives Buster the repaired model and Buster is happy again. The episode ends with Buster choosing another model at a store. What will happen to this model?
150/12-5 November 3, 2008 The Chronicles of Buster Buster watches a commercial for the 376-disc special edition DVD of The Chronicles of Ahmazzyia (a parody of The Chronicles of Narnia). One month later, Buster does bad and Arthur good when they train for a rock-climbing expedition. Buster keeps dreaming of being in Ahmazzyia when the Lord of Darkness is Arthro (the evil version of Arthur). Buster contacts Arthur and they rock-climb together.
On This Spot After a lecture, Arthur prints out some images of the famous Native American Sitting Bull and a tree on the site where Sitting Bull performed in Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. Arthur's friends are not interested, and Buster starts making a tour called the "Derek Montaigne Tour" after Arthur asks what historic events were done in Elwood City. Arthur and Mr. Ratburn pay a visit to Seymour Turkel (a parody of the famous author and biologist). Turkel hands a petition to Arthur to make the same tree shown above a memorial. When Buster continues the Montaigne Tour and finds out that Montaigne never was in Elwood City, he hands the tour over to Arthur, who then changes the subject of the tour. By then, he gets more signatures on the petition.
  • This is the first season in which Dallas Jokic voices Arthur.

Arthur's Missing Pal Pal goes missing after Arthur leaves for his friends' snowball fight because Arthur has forgotten to feed Pal. (Note: This Arthur episode is 1 hour, and is the first episode to be made using CGI as opposed to the traditional hand drawn episodes. It is computer animation with a few different looks and voices and is from the Lionsgate company.)
