Jack Prelutsky (born September 8, 1940 in New York) is a famous writer of children's poetry.
In the episode I'm a Poet he is the judge of a poetry contest held in the library. Fern is able to get most of her classmates to participate. In the end, Mr. Prelutsky declares everyone the winner.
