Justin Bradley is a Canadian voice actor and actor. He voiced Arthur in Season 6. When Mark Rendall took over as Arthur he re-dubbed Bradley's dialogue for syndication; however, Bradley's dialogue is retained in international airings and early home video releases (reissues by PBS use Rendall's redubs). His voice was similar to that of Michael Yarmush in season 5.

He is best known for doing the TV show called Naturally, Sadie in which he plays the role of the title character's older brother, Hal Hawthorne.
