Art Garfunkel is a famous singer and musician.
In The Ballad of Buster Baxter he sings short songs recounting Buster's life and the episode's plot. He starts as a pure narrator, but over the course of the episode he begins to interact with the other characters.
Art Garfunkel's character is not named on the show, but does resemble his human self. He appears in a few other episodes, where he is regarded as a celebrity, but does not talk or sing.
In a flashback in Revenge of the Chip, he is sitting in front of D.W. in a movie theater.
In Elwood City Turns 100 he is one of the celebrity guests whom Muffy invites to the school play.
In a flashback in April 9th, a young David Read has a poster of Art Garfunkel in his room.
