"Bud's Knotty Problem" is the first half of the fourth episode in the twentieth season of Arthur.
Summary
Bud falls in love with his new pair of boots, but must learn to tie his shoes.
Plot
It start when bud finds a pair of boots on an AD paper but they have lasses on them. He tells DW and her friend what happened and they help Bud as best they can, First by showing him a mime tieing invicable shoes. They try tieing real shoes but Bud dosebnt learn how yet. At night for god know ,Dw and her friend show up in Bud's dream and inspere him to keep trying. With Ladonna's bud final learns to tie his shoes and their get Bud the boots. But they feel heavy and make hime feel like he is wading thought mud, He give the boots back for ties for his practis shoes But puts his old boots back on, Feeling they will be replaced oneday.
