While in the Compson kitchen finds an add for amazing boots on ad-papper but they have leases. He tells DW and her friend what happened and they do what they can help, First by showing hime a mime trie invasible shoes. He tries to leans leases by using big shoes but isn't successful At night for god knows how, DW and her friend visit bud in a dream and Inspere him to keep trying. With Ladonne's help Bud finally learn to tie his shoes, And miss Compson gets the boots for boots of Bud. But Bud thinks the boots are too havey and they make hime feel like he's standing in mud. Hegives back the boots for leases. After being visited by his dinosaur freind he puts his old boots back on but feels like they will be preplced whan he gets older.
