Official synopsis
When the Tough Customers go on a hike in the woods, Molly makes a few mistakes and has to apologize... but she refuses to!

- Although the premise of this episode is that Molly has never said "sorry" to anyone, she does provide a written apology to many of her friends in "The Last Tough Customer."
- The name "Tolon" is seen on a ball on The Backyard Survivor. Tolon is the name of Marc Brown's son. It is unknown if this was intentional.
