Summary

- Before the title card, at the beginning, there is an "opening crawl" which is a parody on the Star Wars opening crawl at the beginning of the movies. There is also a "Recently in a galaxy far far away..." statement at the beginning of the episode which is a parody on the Star Wars statement "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away..." that appears at the beginning of the movies. Also, the title is a reference to "Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi".
- In this episode, D.W. finally admits that Arthur didn't take the snowball; however, this does not end the gag as it resurfaces in later seasons.
- The episode title could be a reference to a earlier episode The Return of the King.
