Joe Fallon is a writer for Arthur. He also wrote the song "Crazy Bus". He left production of Arthur after season 4 during the Cinar Tax Scandal. Though no definite reason for his absence has been explained, it was probably because of the allegations against Cinar that they put the names of Canadian writers on their episodes when the scripts were really written by American screenplay artists. They did this so they could get Film Tax Credit from the Canadian Government.
