"Just the Ticket" is the second half of the fourth episode in the seventeenth season of Arthur.
Summary
Arthur's ecstatic when he wins free concert tickets on the radio. They're even in the front-row! Problem is, he can only take one friend. Let the pestering begin![4]
Plot
Arthur is saying that he has bad luck. He answers the phone, and QRAD says he won eight front row tickets to see Static Airwaves. He says to the audience that they should thank their bad luck.
Arthur tells the team that he got enough tickets for all of them. They wait at the house, only to find they have two tickets. Francine, Muffy, and Buster all call him, presumably asking about the tickets. They have headphones on, and don't answer the calls.
Jane suggests him to go to the park, causes him imagine if he goes to the park while all of his friends are in, They wants a ticket to see a concert. Because of that, he would go to library instead.
When he goes to the library, Bailey watches him and calls Muffy. She leaves practice, as do all the others. Arthur runs into Binky, and chooses to give him the ticket, but they all come. Arthur finds out he lost them. He sends an e-mail where he says whoever finds them can keep them.
They all think he's lying, and stop him at school. George sits by him, and says they all tell white lies some times. He gets Binky to frisk him, and they find them in his book. He tries to get rid of them, but they fly away in the wind. He leaves them at a stump, but Bailey brings them back.
At Arthur's house, the kids show up, and say they're sorry. They also say he should go alone, but he wants a friend to come. D.W. says they should pull straws, which George wins. At the concert, Arthur and George are unable to see the show. The episode finishes with Arthur saying, "Like I said, I never win something."
