Summary
Buster has returned to Elwood City. He's surprised by how much has changed and feels left out because of the things he didn't get to experience while he was away.
Plot
The show begins with Arthur and Buster playing checkers when the Brain arrives and they play checkers with Buster watching. The next day, Buster was surprised that Arthur and the Brain are remaking their spin-off series. So he suggests pirates on dinosaurs, but it backfires. Later, Buster was at the movies when he saw Arthur and his friends. He was disappointed. Buster felt more left out. So his friends decide to give him a party, but forgot to invite Buster. So they invite Buster. Buster felt happy, and the episode ends.
