Chapter 1

It is been a few days since Adam was in the hospital. He was still wrapped in bandages around his torso. He laid on the coach with a blanket covering him. The doctor said that he would be back at the doctors that weekend. Adam was not happy his mind was fixed on the day his Furret betrayed him. His heart was broken and his life was shattered. He pictured his life with his Pokemon spending time with his team. Now there is no Pokemon. But then again there is Zoura, she was his only Pokemon right now. But after the last few days Adam has forgot the presents of Zoura. Time flied by slowly when their was a rap at the door. Doria Walter went to the door, there standing was Jasmine Lee, she stood in front of four humans. The first human was an elderly man wearing a lab coat, with brown pants and brown shoes, followed by him was a child bigger than Adam, he wore a black jacket, with brown pants, and black running shoes, he had brown spiky hair. Next to him was another male, he was at least the same size, he wore a red vest, a black shirt underneath, blue pants and a red hat, he had red and black shoes, he had black hair under his hat. Next to him was female child, she wore a blue sleeveless shirt, and a red skirt, she had blue socks on with red and white shoes, she wore a white sun hat, she black long hair. The group was invited in by Doria and led to the living room where Adam was laying. Adam did not took notice of the group. "Hello Adam." Jasmine said cheerfully. Adam stared at her coldly. "While that was not a good start." The male with the brown jacket said. "Shhh." countered the elderly man. "I brought guests." Jasmine continued. The elderly man stood next to Adam. "Hi Adam, it is professor Oak." Oak said, "I heard you had some rough times." Adam looked at Professor Oak. Adam knew the man, he was the one who he had first meet before he started his Pokemon journey in the Kanto Region. Adam turned his back to the wall and closed his eyes. "What is wrong." Said the female, "He was betrayed." Said Jasmine, "his first Pokemon he was given betrayed him by returning to his mom." The room turned silent and cold. "How do you know." Said the male with the red hat. "Doria told me after he did not shown up for his first lesson." Jasmine answered, "Adam you can not stay there all the time." Adam turned his head back to the group. "You know how I really feel." Adam angrily spoke. "My Furret, I thought who was my friend attacked me and betrayed me. He hit me with an attack that landed me in the hospital. The worst part my own mom appeared and picks up my friends. The same friends that a few days ago gave me a group hug and a promise that they will be with me for all of decisions." Tears started to run down Adam's face. Professor Oak looked at his group. The group shock there head in agreement. "Look Adam, I know you lost your Pokemon and trust in them." The female said, "but think of how they feel right now." Adam turned his head back to the ceiling. His mind went through all the possibilities. He sees that his Monferno not listening to his mom, Mew floating off in its great adventure, Ivysaur spending more time soaking up the sun, Frillish disappearing into the walls or surounding area and Sandslash being a pain, curling into a ball and ignoring the orders of his mom. He finally sees that even if his Pokemon where taken they where his Pokemon and they will not listen to anyone except him. That thought turned his froun upside down. Adam then attempted to get up, but his back was not responding. The group stopped him from making any future attempts. "What am I going to do now?" Adam asked. The kids looked at each other. Professor Oak told them to be silent. "I have something for you, Adam." Oak said, he presented him a small parcel, Adam placed it onto his lap and opened it. Inside it was a new set of Pokeballs, a new Pokegear, and a new Pokedex. "Why did you give me this?" Adam asked. "Look inside." Professor Oak said pointing to the Pokedex. Adam opened it up, "This Pokedex belongs to Adam Walters, age 6, birth date August 12, trainer ID number 28958." The Pokedex said. "Why did you give this I already have a Pokedex." Adam said. "It is so you won't be found." Professor Oak said, "and you will be able to forget your problems with your mom." Adam looked at him stupidly. "I also pulled some string so that you could continue your adventure where you last where and got you officially adopted into the Walters family." Oak said. Adam was quite excited, Doria was starting to cry. She went over to Adam and gave him a hug. The group surrounding him also became emotional. "So I am a Walter." Adam said. "Yes, I explained the incident to the adoption agency here in Deleware and told them it could be for his personal safety. A couple hours latter they gave me an update and that is how you became a Walter." Jasmine said. "I also had to tell Professor Oak and he had to make the other changes." "It was not easy but I did it." Oak said. "Wait a second what about Team Rocket." Adam said. The group dumb founded. "The last thing was team rocket took over Saffron City." "Oh, that thing." The male trainer with the hat said. "I took care of them he admitted." "Red you took beaten team rocket." Adam said. "Yep, that was easy, they where expecting a trainer with a Furret, but they got electrocuted by a Pikachu. Red said, "What about you Green, don't you have a sick relative to take care of?" Adam asked Green. "Ya, I did had to take care of my father, but after you disappeared he got better and I was free to continue the journey. Green said, "I also so took on Team Rocket over on the Seven Islands. I won against them easily." "I also took on Team Rocket, but I got board and moved on." the male with the brown jacket said. "Seriously Blue, you got board." Adam said. "Ya, I did not see what was the big thing of Team Rocket." Blue Admitted. "Beside I became the Pokemon League champion." Adam laid back in relief, there was nothing out there to worry now, Zoura ran over and laid next to Adam. Meanwhile the three trainer argued of the Pokemon League results. "Adam we have to go now." Jasmine said. "Yes, we will leave you to rest and in time when you feel up to it again you may return and continue your adventure." Professor Oak said forcing the three arguing trainers to the door. They left Adam behind smiling with an over joyed Doria Walters. In time Adam will be better and will be back on his journey.
