After leaving the Wall to Wall Mart, Doria and Adam drove over to the downtown core of Elwood City. It is a busy part of the city. There are a lot of different small shops, Doria works in a four story office building. Here she is part of the Elwood City Real Estate Market for Lyon Real Estate. Doria is one of their top sellers. She does the South East side of Elwood city, but has been doing some minor business with other people all over Elwood City. Today she is in early, They entered the building, inside was a large waiting room it had metal chairs with leather seats and on the other side was a wooden door next to a plastic window were a receptionist supposed to be. Waiting for her was a family of cats; the male cat is a large tan cat, wearing a black business suite and black pants with a white shirt and with black dress shoes. On the suite was the American flag, he had orange hair shaped in a com over. Next to him a tail skinny female tan cat, she wore a pale T-shirt with yellow boarders and had purple pants wearing red and white sneakers, she had brown curly hair. In between the two grownups was a tan female cat, she was no bigger than Adam, She wore a green shirt with white shorts, she had orange curly hair with green hair bands and orange curly pony tails and wore red sandals. They were very nice couple the male cats spoke. "Hello, young man my name is Mark Armstrong." He said to Adam. Doria put her hand on Adams shoulders. That energy felt earlier from Doria was sensed again. It felt comfortable and made Adam feel a little bit braver. "Adam." Doria said. "I will be inside my office speaking with Mr. Armstrong and his wife." Doria smiled at Adam. "Ok." Adam said. "You will be staying out here with this boy, Sue Ellen." Mrs. Armstrong said. "Ok Mom." Sue Ellen said with a big grin. The three walked into the offices behind the wooden door. Adam and Sue Ellen walked over to a small set of toys at the other end of the waiting room. There was multi coloured building blocks, some dolls, a few action figures and a dump truck. Adam went right for the building blocks and same with Sue Ellen. "Hey, I was going to build with them." Adam said. Sue Ellen had got to the building block first. "I got it first, and as the old saying goes first come, first serve." Sue Ellen said with a big grin. Adam was not impressed with her. "So......." Adam held back his anger; he knows that what every do can be a long lasting impression on her. "Can you share with me the building blocks?" Adam said. Sue Ellen looked at Adam in amazement; she has traveled around the world and met many different people, but nothing like Adam. "Did you know you are the kindest human I have ever met?" Sue Ellen said with a big smile. "Thanks, I think." Adam said looking at his feet. "Why did you say that" Sue Ellen put down the block in her hand. "I have been around the world with my family. I met many interesting people. I was too many interesting places. The one thing I remember is that I have met very bad humans." Sue Ellen said. She stood up and walked over to a chair and took a set. My dad travels around the world for the US and on one trip to an island nation called the Canary Islands." Sue Ellen imagines of her trip to the Canary Islands, a beautiful island paradise home to both anamorphic people and humans. There is white buildings and wavy palm trees. "It was this trip Sue Ellen says that the human population was not happy about the increase presents of animal people. It on one night when my dad was invited to a big dinner for him, me and mom were invited and some of the humans were there too." She now imagines a large dining room with a chandler in the center. A large rectangle table with 20 chairs surrounds the table. Tonight only ten of the chairs are in use. Siting on them was Sue Ellen, Mr. Armstrong, Miss. Armstrong, a male human adult wearing a grey dress pants and a white dress shirt, a female human wearing a multi-colored dress sat next to him, a male human child he was a bit bigger than Sue Ellen he wore a white shirt and grey dress pants like the human male, the rest was a male grey rabbit wearing a tan shirt and blue dress pants, female tan Aardvark wearing a blue skirt and white blouse, next to her was her husband a male Aardvark with a white dress shirt and wearing black pants and there child a teenage girl with pierced ears and noise précising, she wore a shirt without their leaves and a mini skirt. She died her hair green and made it into an afro. "It was that night. I promised my dad I would be on my best behavior. As for the others that was a different story. The boy was not happy and was picking at his food. The teenage girl was more interested in her iPod than the dinner. The adults were talking business, mainly over tourism for the island. The humans did not want any more tourists visiting the island, saying this island is there home and the animal people did not belong on the island. The boy looked at me, he asked me to take off my pigtails and start acting like a cat than a pig. The Adults stopped their conversation with each other. The humans started laughing and I just started crying. I left the table in a hurry knocking over the food." The memory is over it has shifted back to the present. The two now sitting on the letter chairs in the waiting room. "The humans wanted me to apologize for leaving supper early." Sue Ellen said. "Did you apologize?" Adam asked. "Me apologize?" Sue Ellen stopped. "Yes I did." She admitted. "But my mom wanted them to apologize what they said about me." "Did they apologize?" Adam asked. Sue Ellen shocks her head. "They didn't." She said. Adam froze in his place, "I am sorry." Adam said. This shocked Sue Ellen back to her senses. "Why are you sorry?" Sue Ellen said. "Earlier while you were took the building blocks first I had something bad in my head." Adam admitted. "I am not the best person, a matter of fact I called many people bad names because I was scared. See I am not from around, I came from another place that looks similar to this one. So I am sorry, you may not want to me as your friend, I would understand." Adam finished. Adam retook his seat; he has been spinning around while talking to Sue Ellen. Sue Ellen smiled and took Adams hands; Adam could only stair and turns red. "You are nice kid, Adam. You bet I would be your friend." Sue Ellen said. The two friends sat and talked about their adventures until Doria and the Armstrong’s where finished their business. It was time for the Armstrong’s to go. They were staying in Crown City with a former nanny. Off to the next appointment Adam and Doria to see Mr. Lundgren.
