Summary
The Tibbles look the same, they act the same, they even have the same number of hairs on their heads. So if they are supposed to be exactly the same, why can Tommy whistle while Timmy can't?
Plot
The episode starts at preschool where D.W. was complaining about her puppet. Then the Tibbles show up and show they are the same, but Timmy can't whistle.
That night, Timmy daydreamed Tommy broke out of prison, but Timmy was captured.
The next day, Buster tried to teach Timmy, but to no avail. Later, Brain described that Timmy doesn't have the right mouth to whistle. As Timmy got home he heard Tommy whistling and got so angry they got into a fight. They got their front teeth loose, but their whistles became more screeching. At preschool, Tommy and Timmy were screeching so much, it broke the windows and the camera, finishing the episode.
