What's Cooking is the first half of the 10th episode of Season 10. It aired on May 26th, 2006, along with "Buster's Special Delivery".
Summary
Ming Tsai will be judging a kids' cooking contest at the school. Arthur decides to make a chocolate cake, but it turns out all wrong. He is sure that he failed, but Ming shows him that he made something even better.
