Loretta is Arthur's aunt. She is married to Bud and has one son named Ricky who is a middle child, and two daughters, her oldest is Monique, but her youngest doesn't have a known name.

When going to reunions, she likes to use a three-bladed spatula with a red button on the grip known as the Flip'omatic to flip multiple hamburgers on the grill at the same time, although it sometimes can flip meat too high in the air that can unexpectedly land in other places.
