When she was a newborn, she was wearing pink footsie pajamas with green accents. She also had a pacifier in her mouth; but since she became a year old, she has rarely ever had one. Kate Read (normally called Baby Kate) is a one-year-old infant and lives in Elwood City with her family, the Reads. She is modeled after Marc Brown's youngest daughter Eliza Brown.
