Dry cleaners worker is an unnamed employee of the local dry cleaners in Elwood City. She's an old lady who is blonde and wears glasses.

Season 1
- "D.W. Thinks Big" - she appears as the organist at Lucy's wedding. In this appearance, she has gray hair and is wearing green.
- "D.W.'s Blankie" - When Arthur and D.W. went to search for D.W.'s Blankie, they stopped by the dry cleaners because D.W. thought the machine hypnotized her into handing over her blanket. The worker said that was the funniest thing she ever heard, and began laughing and telling D.W. how cute she was. Arthur later said that he couldn't believe she thought D.W. was cute.
Season 2
- "Buster Baxter, Cat Saver" - Buster saves her cat.

Season 3
- "Meet Binky" - When the concert started selling tickets for BINKY, she, Slink, and Nancy were first in line. Despite them all sharing the inflatable couch, she is not Slink's mother.

Season 7
- "Don't Ask Muffy" - She appears in Buster's imagination, working at Trident Books.
Season 8
- "Arthur's Snow Biz" 803a

- Arthur - It's Only Rock 'n' Roll - She appears again with gray hair and is wearing green. She is seen by the priest that married Lucy in the worker's first appearance.
