Buster is the adopted child of Bitzi and Bo Baxter. However, ever since Bo was cheating on her with Mr. Ratburn, they got divorced.

In recent seasons, Bitzi started dating Harry Mills, a fellow photographer and journalist at the Elwood City Times.
