While trick-or-treating, Francine meets an elderly woman with a very mysterious past, while Binky finds himself at Mr. Ratburn’s amazing haunted house (that’s scarier than math class!). And as for Arthur, Buster and Ladonna? The press release also confirmed it will premiere on the channel as part of the “PBS KIDS Family Night” block (due to launch on April 21). The synopsis was announced (along with D.W. and the Beastly Birthday) in an infokit for the block. *Halloween also takes place in the episode "Hic or Treat".
