Elwood City Preschool is the school D.W. and her classmates attend. All of the students are taught by the school's only teacher, Miss Morgan. Almost all of D.W.'s friends go to this preschool, such as Emily, Vicita, and the Tibble Twins, and most of Arthur's friends used to go to this school (as seen in flashbacks.) The preschool also serves as a daycare institution.
