Tower of Cows is a game owned by Emily and D.W.. The objective of the game is probably to be the player who safely stacks the last cow. However, the game is shown to have cards and pawn-like pieces that go along with it. As D.W. explained in "Arthur and Los Vecinos", for beginners, it is best to start on a flat surface. However, Vicita beat D.W. without significant effort on her first time playing. In "Kiss and Tell," Emily says she bought a French version named La Tour des Vaches. They also play Tower of Cows in season 3, in "Double Tibble Trouble." D.W and Emily were shown trying to stack the cows, as Timmy and Tommy scream, knocking them down.

In the book Arthur and the Big Snow, the game features a purple version of Mary Moo Cow with pink spots as the stackable cows.

A similar game called Tower of Tofu is seen in "D.W. and the Beastly Birthday."
