From the Admins Editorial Muppetfan Back again, three days late. Sorry for the delays everyone...I've been extremely busy doing a wide variety of other non-wiki things, so I haven't been around as much as some. But there has been a lot of activity on the wiki over the past two weeks, so let's go over it, shall we? (Please note that the next installment of the ECT will be the Tuesday after the next as opposed to the Friday after the next. Maybe we'll get to see Magnezonomon and DJ MC CJ both have columns in the same issue next time?) Probably the most important news that is buzzing around the community would be the fact that information on season sixteen has been released. The season will begin airing in October, and we already know the names of some of the episodes and a little bit of what they are about. Orion001 elaborates further on exactly how he discovered this news, and how you can see what we are talking about. The thing I am most excited about on this wiki is something that I initiated, The POLHAH Movement. This movement is an idea that was thought up on chat by me, DJ MC CJ, Klarecrazy, and Agency, in a discussion about changing the world. The goal of this movement is to change the wiki into a more positive atmosphere. The movement has four main morals, a positive outlook, love, happiness, and humor. Each one of these morals and information on exactly how to practice them are on the POLHAH main page. We also have a media and literature therapy section, where any user can add videos, songs, quotes, stories, or poems that they feel relate to the POLHAH morals for others to view, and a talk page for the movement. A new feature that Wikia has enabled on their main page is a promotion tool. Any wiki can submit a blurb and picture describing their wiki to Wikia, and after approval, the wiki name and picture will randomly appear on Wikia's main page at different times throughout the day. Upon clicking on this name and picture, the user will see the text submitted, in an attempt to engage the user and make them join in the wiki editing fun. We have submitted our wiki for promotion, and the picture and text is pending approval. It should begin appearing in the cycle sometime in the next four days. What have I been doing on the wiki? As I said earlier, I haven't had a lot of time to do too much around here, but I have been actively involved in administrator duties recently, talking to a wide variety of users about wiki matters and helping to keep the wiki in order. I did create a new character page recently, Mr. Greenspaniel, a dog seen at the sock market in the episode "The Great Sock Mystery." I have also done other administrator tasks such as undoing vandalism and unfortunately have had to block and warn a few contributors along the way. Know something that needs attention? Magnezonomon Lately I have been trying to take notes on the episodes and books, etc. Namely for what pages to make, pictures to upload, episode connections, goofs, and other useful trivias. I think it is essential to watch all the episodes to get all the facts. For example, by watching "Double Dare", I was able to create the page for @ Man, but watching "The Last Of Mary Moo Cow" showed me that his "henchmen"' were actually separate parodies of other supervillains. In the mood of making pages, I have been considering whethr we should make pages for Little Red Riding Hood or the phrase "Dr. Livingston, I presume." because, while not specifically put by name, they have been mentioned multiple times in multiple seasons. On another note, I added the boxes for writers and storyboarders to the episode infobox. It will take a while to update all of them, so I wanted to quickly ask if it is neccessary to write it out on the page as well, or if that would be redundant. Once again I am faced with decisions of how much is enough.

Columns Season 16 Info Orion001 On August 23 2012, the user Orion001 discovered when Season 16 is starting, and a few of the episodes. Season 16 of Arthur will start on October 15, 2012 with the episode Based on a True Story. It will air three other episodes from October 15 to October 19 2012. Orion001 was researching up coming episodes for him to record and while researching he stumboled on to the discovery of the date of when it was going to start and the name of the few episodes that will premiere. To be able see the scedeual for the new season, you must visit your local PBS stion Scheadule site. If it is not there you can try the http://www.wned.org/TV/Schedule/default.aspx, type in Arthur in the search bar and scroll down till you find October and eoisodes that have no summary.

User Spotlight DJ MC CJ DJ MC CJ is an administrator and all around wonderful contributor at Arthur Wiki. With over 12,000 edits and counting, CJ has made more edits than anyone else in Arthur Wiki history. He is constantly adding unnamed and minor characters to the wiki, amongst many other edits that continue to benefit our pages time and time again. CJ originally found this wiki, in fact, by accident. He was looking up something about the Arthur series and stumbled upon this wiki. His favorite aspect of wikis is the fact that you get to work together with other fans, while getting to know them at the same time. CJ is obviously an avid Arthur fan. His favorite episode is "Home Sweet Home," his favorite book is Arthur's Birthday, and his favorite character is Maria. He also is a huge fan of buses, particularly older buses, of which he has a vast knowledge of. When asked what advice he would give other wiki editors, he responded "Don't be afraid to ask questions."
