Dr. Quackers was a fictional character and television show in an imagined future of Arthur's in "D.W. and the Beastly Birthday." According to Kate, he would on the show sing songs about numbers and colors and being nice, and taught viewers a new dance every show. She liked the show and wanted to get Arthur to watch it with her, but he didn't want to, causing her to complain that he was just like Dora, never wanting to spend any time with her.
