[[Tibble Twins|Timmy Tibble]] becomes disappointed and frustrated when he discovers that his twin brother, [[Tibble Twins|Tommy Tibble]] can whistle really loud, but he can't.
The Tibbles look the same, they act the same, they even have the same number of hairs on their heads. So if they are supposed to be exactly the same, why can Tommy whistle while Timmy can't?

The episode starts at preschool where D.W. was complaining about her puppet. Then the Tibbles show up and show they are the same, but Timmy can't whistle.

As Timmy got home he heard Tommy whistling and got so angry they got into a fight. They got their front teeth loose, but their whistles became more screeching. At preschool, Tommy and Timmy were screeching so much, it broke the windows and the camera, finishing the episode.

"Whistling in the Wind" is the second half of the second episode in the fifteenth season of Arthur.

Summary[edit]

Plot[edit]
