What's Cooking is the first half of the 10th episode of Season 10. It aired on May 26th, 2006. It was written by Hilary Illick and the storyboards were done by Stephanie Gignac. This episode guest stars Ming Tsai.

Summary

The big cooking competition is coming up and everyone is making a dish of his or her choice. Arthur decides to make a chocolate cake. Everything goes wrong when the baking powder is gone and baking soda is used instead, but Arthur learns making mistakes in cooking may lead to the creation of a new recipe.
