Top Supermarket Clerk is a reality show which was Buster's favorite show after losing interest in Bionic Bunny. He had said that Bionic Bunny was just "made up stuff". It was only seen in Buster Gets Real. It is produced by Reality TV. Top Supermarket Clerk is parody to Top Chef. In Top Supermarket Clerk, the clerks have to do challenges in front of a panel of peers.

Everybody in Arthur's family - Mom, Dad, D.W., and even Baby Kate - and Buster are interested in the show. However, Arthur thinks that it is boring, not understanding a show about a supermarket.
Every week an episode airs and one of the contestant gets eliminated.
