Lucie was a contestant on the TV show Top Supermarket Clerk. She was the second to get 'checked out'. Although Arthur doesn't like the show, he told Buster that she was his favorite of the contestants. (It's possible that he lied to Buster, as D.W mouthed "Lucie" to Arthur after Buster asked him who his favorite contestant was.)
