"Tibbles to the Rescue" is the second half of the eighth episode in the eighteenth season of Arthur.

When D.W. saves Tommy and Timmy from a nasty fall, they decide to repay the favor...whether D.W. likes it or not.^[4]

This is the first time Liam has spoken since season 15's "The Last King of Lambland".
