Trivia
- The three books referenced by Arthur's imagination are Gulliver's Travels, with miniature versions of Binky as the Lilliputians, which is ironic because he is the largest third grader, The Three Muskteers, and Treasure Island, with Mr. Ratburn as Long John Silver.
- The deck of cards Mr. Ratburn used had 3 black aces. The standard number is 2, so that could be a special deck made specifically for that trick.
- With these three classic adventure books Gulliver's Travels, The Three Muskteers, and Treasure Island which Arthur and his friends were parodying in his imagination, it must be true that these are Arthur's favoriate books, and he likes reading about adventure, and traveling. Again, in the beginning intro of You Are Arthur both he and Pal are in his favoriate book Treasure Island this time with Arthur as Long John Silver and Pal playing the boy servant role, but still as an ordinary dog once again in an imagination sequence, and also in the beginning intro to Free TV Week, Arthur said if he were stuck on an island, he'd also bring besides Pal and his soccar ball, his favoriate books which are revealed as Treasure Island, (watch the intro of "You Are Arthur" to see for yourself) Gulliver's Travels, and The Three Muskteers. So I guess all of you (if you ever watch the Arthur show or are a big fan) finally know that these are some of Arthur's favoriate books.
