Steve is a character that appears in various episodes as a background character. Not much is known about Steve other then the fact he hangs out with both Billy and Buster in the episode Buster Makes the Grade. His name was also revealed in Buster Makes the Grade when Buster told him and Billy he can't play until he finished his homework, which was so surprising and shocking to the two fourth graders that they subsequently fainted.
He has had only one speaking role so far, which occurred during the first few minutes of the episode Love Notes for Muffy and he has a younger sister named Maria who is in Mr. Ratburn's third grade class.
Even though they are related Steve and Maria are rarely seen together, but there are some episodes they are together like in the episodes Sue Ellen's Little Sister and Muffy's New Best Friend to name a few and the status of their relationship with each other is also unknown, but as seen in the few episodes they are together they most likely get along with each other quite well.
Appearance
Steve is light dark tanned rabbit that wears long tanned pants, an orange shirt with a white collar, and blue and white sneakers. He also wears glasses. He was seen wearing red swim trunks in the episode D.W.'s Backpack Mishap.
