Steve is a character that appears in various episodes as a background character. Not much is known about Steve other then the fact he hangs out with both Billy and Buster in the episode Buster Makes the Grade. He has had a few speaking roles like early in the episode Love Notes for Muffy and he even has a sister named Maria. He and Maria are rarely seen together, but there are some episodes they are together like in the episodes Sue Ellen's Little Sister and Muffy's New Best Friend to name a few and the status of their relationship with each other is also unknown.

Appearance

Steve is light dark tanned rabbit that wears long tanned pants, an orange shirt with a white collar, and blue and white sneakers. He also wears glasses.
