Arthur finally gives him up in a garage sale to [[Vicita]]. She decides to name him Chico but later on, she trades him for a sticker to [[Tibble Twins|the Tibbles]]. Arthur worries, thinking the Tibbles would de-stuff and destroy him. He discovers that the Tibbles gave it to their [[Mrs. Tibble|Grandmother]], and she patched him up. Arthur tells her she can keep it, but then he runs back and reclaims him saying "Actually, I think I'll keep him for this weekend." Arthur states that he will keep onto the bear for only the weekend, however in season 21 episode 3 part 1 (Francine and the soccer spy, time 4:09) Francine tells the group, "don't tell these secrets to anyone", she then proceeds onto telling each member an example and when she comes to Arthur she states "not even your teddy bear". arthur then wiggles his glasses saying "I don't have a teddy bear", since he wiggled his glasses, as D.W mentioned before when Arthur wiggles his glasses he is lying. this means Arthur was lying about this and he actually has a teddy bear in his possession.
