Mr. Fuzz is a teddy bear owned by Muffy in her collection of stuffed animals. In "Poor Muffy", Francine, Muffy, and Mr. Fuzz were having a tea party at Muffy's mansion. According to Muffy, hot chocolate is Mr. Fuzz's favorite drink.
