Summary
Six months, two weeks, and four days after it disappeared, D.W.'s snowball reappears in the Read family freezer. But how can she stop it from melting or being stolen again?

The episode begins with Arthur trying to narrate but D.W. keeps interrupting.

- Before the title card, at the beginning, there is an "opening crawl" which is a parody on the Star Wars opening crawl at the beginning of the movies. There is also a "Recently in a galaxy far far away..." statement at the beginning of the episode which is a parody on the Star Wars statement "A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away..." that appears at the beginning of the movies. Also, the title is a reference to "Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi".
- As Brain is leaving the Read house, D.W. addresses Brain as George saying " Hey wait, George was just going to tell me about the ice cream mess! "
- In this episode, D.W. finally admits that Arthur couldn't have taken the snowball; however, this does not end the gag as it resurfaces in later seasons.
