Hic or Treat is the first half of the 7th episode of Season 11. It first aired on September 4, 2007 with "Mr. Alwaysright."
Summary
Arthur is going to be a combination of Frankenstein and a dentist for Halloween, but no one thinks it's scary, and D.W. can't stop hiccuping, so Arthur tries to scare her. Nothing works until Arthur puts on his costume.

Trivia
- In the title card, D.W.'s dress is colored orange and Arthur's pants are colored green. This is because it was a Halloween special and orange and green are colors particular for that holiday.
