Appearance

Emily in her original appearance.

Emily is shown to be half-rabbit and half-monkey with blond hair (at Francine's length) and she always wears a blue dress with blue shoes, and is very tall. In the earlier seasons Emily was short and had short fuzzy blond hair and wore a pink dress. She is one of the very few characters of trans-species.

Personality

Emily is hinted in many episodes as the nicer and more considerate version of D.W. She is described as a nice, sweet, and noble girl. Emily is considered to be girly and loves everything fancy. It is hinted that Emily is half French and speaks many words. But Emily can be dishonest; a firm example is in the episode Emily Swallows a Horse when she lied to D.W. to just get a nice sparkly ball. She hates it when D.W, is unconsiderate and does anything to avoid her. Emily also has a tough side shown in the episode The Good, the Bad, and the Binky when first she was obsessed to dolls from being obsessed to wrestling and action figures.

Family

It is shown that Emily lives with her mother (rabbit) and father (monkey). She has a French nanny named Marie-Helene. Emily has no known siblings.

Friends

D.W.: Even though they mostly have nothing in common D.W and Emily are great friends. Emily has invited her to birthdays and parties and D.W. always plays with her.

Binky: Binky and Emily share a lot in common. They both like ballet, they like to read, and they love the art of music. Even though sometimes Binky's influence rubs out on Emily they are still great friends.
