"Buster's New Friend" is the second half of the thirteenth episode of season 1 of the animated children's series Arthur. It originally aired on December 2nd, 1996.
Summary
Buster consistently hangs out with his new friend Mike , leaving little time for Arthur. Arthur soon feels left out and becomes jealous, only to find out later that Mike is a teenager who is participating in the Big Brother Big Sister program which is why Buster has been with him so often.
Plot
