Arthur Holden is the voice actor for Mr. Ratburn on Arthur.

- Holden also starred along with fellow Arthur cast members Holly G. Frankel and Oliver Grainger in the show, Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat (which is also a PBS Kids series) as Baba Miao, the father of Sagwa and her older brother Dongwa.
