Holly Gauthier-Frankel, (born July 13, 1979) better known as Holly G. Frankel, is the voice actress for Fern Walters in Arthur and Postcards from Buster.

- She also worked together with Arthur cast mates Oliver Grainger and Arthur Holden in another PBS Kids series, Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat whereas she plays the lead role of Sagwa Miao, the younger sister of Dongwa and the daughter of Baba.
